I am Kateryna, 38 years old, originally from Odessa, Ukraine. After the start of the war, accompanied by my two twin sons, aged 11, I was forced to move to Hamburg, Germany.
I arrived to an unfamiliar city. In the summer of 2022, after adapting to the new conditions, I founded the recruitment agency StaFFinder, specializing in personnel search and selection for German companies.
I am proud that I was able to refuse assistance from the German job centre and support myself and my family independently, and I provide this opportunity to other Ukrainians as well
To date, my agency has been in existence for over a year and helps Ukrainians find employment in Germany for free, as well as assists employers in developing their businesses by finding valuable employees.
