Khayala Eylazova

With over 15 years of experience in Technology and Financial services, Khayala enjoyed a variety of experiences and leadership roles. Prior to joining the PwC Insurance practice in 2017 Khayala worked at Microsoft Global HQs for nearly 10 years holding various senior roles in Technology.

In her current role as Senior Manager at PwC UK, Khayala is responsible for driving growth, building Insurance propositions, serving clients across all lines of services, proactively taking industry expertise to clients. Effective from January 2022, Khayala will take on new exciting challenge in her career. 

Khayala is the Winner of Women in Finance Awards 2020 under ” Advocate of the Year” category and was the finalist for Women in Insurance Awards 2020, 2019 under the category “Insurance Women of the Year”. Khayala also won the PwC Empowerment award in 2019 and made the Chairman’s empowerment list in the same year for her leading role in driving Diversity and Inclusion in the industry. She is an active supporter, ambassador and speaker on D&I, Insurance Technology, Leadership and Equality topics.

Khayala holds an an ExecutiveMBA degree from Cambridge Judge Business School and MSc degree from BI Norwegian Business School. In 2016, Khayala was awarded ”Best Start-Up”  at Cambridge Judge Business School for proposing a wearable technology for children with epilepsy.

Khayala was born and raised in Baku, Azerbaijan lived & worked in Norway, China, Russia, Ireland, now residing in London, UK. Her biggest pleasure is watching her nieces grow and learn to have a voice. She enjoys philosophy, learning different languages/cultures, discovering new thoughts and meeting new people.
