After more than 15 years working in marketing for household brands, Lauren took the plunge to pursue her purpose of helping women to realise their potential. Unleashed Coaching was founded in 2019, to fill the gap between coaching and energy therapies, offering quicker results than coaching alone. Offering three-month and half-day VIP programmes, as well as session-by-session options, Lauren helps women find their inner confidence, break through their limiting beliefs and internal blocks, learn how to prioritise their needs and build effective self-care habits.
