To work to increase the number of women choosing a career in all sectors of the building services industry, to support those already in the industry to enable them to achieve their career goals and to encourage more women to join the Institution and contribute to its governance and activities.
Increase and retain the number of women in the Building Services Industry. Improve life for those women already working in the sector by providing advice, encouragement, support, mentoring and training. Address the gender imbalance issues. Provide networking events for members. Membership is free and you don’t have to be a CIBSE member. Men as well as women are welcome to join.
