Jan’s career over the past 25 years has comprised senior corporate roles such as Head of Zurich Corporate Pensions, Executive Committee member, Barclays Private Bank and Resident Vice President, Citibank.
Her role accountabilities have included global strategic development, leading and embedding significant change programmes and the planning, delivery and evaluation of high growth and turnaround strategies.
In addition, she has pioneered and led global gender equality and female leadership programmes whilst pursuing her leadership career.
She brings this wide experience to her work with clients of The 9 Situations.
Alongside this, Jan is also now a guest lecturer at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, for the Army’s new Generals and Colonels programmes and is currently a judge for WeAreTheCity’s Rising Star Awards 2016.
