This evening will enable our guests to learn the art of cooking in a special master class hosted by a top Chef whose passion for food and expert knowledge is guaranteed to inspire your inner-chef!
Whether you are a complete beginner or a more experienced cook, L’atelier des Chefs is the perfect cooking class for you! Their Chefs have all trained and worked in great establishments all around the world. Some of the restaurants they’ve worked for before joining us include: Le Gavroche, Gordon Ramsay at Maze and River Cottage. They’ve also been mentored by great Chefs such as Michel Roux, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Michael Caines and tonight they’re here to mentor you!
Our cookery evening will be a fun, sociable and memorable hands-on interactive experience. You will be divided into groups and learn how to cook and present a delicious: Chicken breast with chorizo, rocket and a chive aioli with roasted new potatoes.
After the cooking session you will dine together and also enjoy the chef prepared mouth-watering gooey chocolate and pecan nut brownie with Chantilly cream for dessert. We will also include table moves between courses to ensure you get to meet everyone.
There is no formal dating at this event, but our host will be on hand to ensure everyone gets chatting. After the event, you can keep in touch with other attendees through the SpeedDater website. It’s free to send and read messages to other guests. Your ticket price includes the cookery tuition for the main course and a chef prepared dessert. Please note the ticket price does not include drinks.
