Too many women across the world face inequalities that prevent them from being the very best that they deserve to be. Women also face unique challenges and pressures – globally, and here in the UK. In order for societies, communities and workplaces to thrive, we need equity and equality.

When we talk about ‘leader’ it is not just in a traditional position of power such as a CEO, rather you as an individual, as a leader, in your daily lives – you as an individual with the ability to use your own influence and make an effective difference.

The objective of this workshop is to: provide the attendees with tools to feel and be more resilient, empowered and self-assured, to go forward in tackling systemic inequalities day-to-day at micro and meso levels, to contribute to tackling of gender inequality. We want to support you to further identify and harness your authentic selves. You will be supported to rethink your self-limiting beliefs, improve stakeholder management and identify impactful and sustainable strategies to optimise your potential.
