Using the principles of blood sugar balancing and low GL eating, the Healthy Hangout is a supportive and non-judgemental monthly session for women to learn how to embrace food and adopt habits that support their health goals.

With a mix of education, chat and coaching, this is an interactive session that enables you to start making choices that will make a noticeable difference to your health and wellbeing.
