WeAreTheCity is hosting its second full day leadership conference for working women on 25 May 2018.
This full-day event offers practical upskilling and networking opportunities for the female talent pipeline to progress and to position themselves for future leadership roles across a multitude of industries.
The conference is being sponsored by EDIT Development and MUFG. WeAreFutureLeaders is also proud to support its charity partner SmartWorks.
250 females will gather at Events Etc, St Paul’s, to hear from a range of renowned speakers and expert panelists. These include Harriet Minter, Journalist and TV Commentator, Natalie Reynolds, CEO, Advantage Spring, Vanessa Vallely, CEO, WeAreTheCity, Jenny Garrett, award winning coach and trainer, Catherine Schlieben, HR Director, Worldpay and David McQueen, Managing Director, Narratively Speaking.

During the conference, we will be covering key topics to enhance your skills such as dealing with imposter syndrome, the importance of personal brand, how to build your network, exhibiting leadership behaviours, public speaking and negotiation and influencing skills.
After experiencing a morning full of inspiring keynotes and panels, in the afternoon, you can shape your learning by attending our electives. These sessions cover topics such as finding your strengths, the art of saying no and managing others. See here for full agenda.
