Who we are

We are a boutique consultancy specialising in business, information and technology, helping our clients transform their organisations and services. Our team have experience working within a range of industries and bring a diverse set of skills and experiences. Some of the qualities that make our team members stand out include an ability to apply their skills and experience to a wide range of areas, to pick things up quickly, and to grapple with unknowns and ambiguity.  We make the complex, simple.

We are looking for ambitious people with inquiring minds, and an ability to gather and interpret information from a range of sources to develop logical, and creative solutions to business problems. You’ll need to be well organised and good at working independently as well as with other people. A positive outlook, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.

We’re looking for candidates who will be good at:

  • Gathering and interpreting complex information from a range of sources.
  • Presenting your findings and ideas (both verbally and in writing) in a structured way that sets out complex issues very simply and explains your logic.
  • Being adaptable and responsive, thinking on your feet. You’ll use a range of analysis techniques and tools (that you bring with you, or that you learn with us) to gain actionable insight into how to resolve problems and identify transformational business opportunities.
  • Working with people to create innovative, workable ideas that can challenge the way that they see things.
  • Utilising your organisational and communication skills to manage work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Building relationships quickly with lots of people from different backgrounds.

There is real scope for you to shape the future direction of the company, by leading teams and assignments, and taking responsibility for shaping our services, developing our ways of working and marketing what we can do. In return, we will offer a competitive package, and the chance to work on cutting-edge assignments with our clients. If you’d like to kick-start the next chapter of your career, we’d love to hear from you.

This role will require you to apply for and successfully gain SC Security Clearance (which we will do on your behalf when you join).
