Opening the Women in Business Expo

A stand out first year for Women in Business Expo saw over 4,000 attendees descend on Farnborough International Conference and Exhibition Centre for the inaugural event on 16-17 October 2019.

Speaking about the event, Christie Day, Group Event Director for Women in Business EXPO said, “In a time when the gender pay gap is widening and women are still hugely outnumbered in the boardroom, it’s never been more important to be empowering women in their careers.”

“It’s something we feel passionately about which is why we launched Women in Business Expo.”

“We wanted to provide women with a space to learn, network and share experiences.”

“It was incredible to see so many amazing women coming together in Farnborough for the first event and feedback from those who attended has been overwhelmingly positive.”

“We can’t thank our exhibitors and speakers enough for making this a stand-out start for Women in Business Expo.”
