Capco are looking for Management Consultants with knowledge of the OTC Derivatives & Clearing space.
This role offers the chance to advise and deliver change projects for some of the leading financial institutions in the market, whilst being part of Capco’s already amazing growth story.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery of complex projects on client site – working in teams made up of Capco and client employees at different levels.
- · Project Management, Change Management & Business Analysis within a management consultancy role
- · Proven Front to back delivery –from Operating model to IT delivery and execution.
- · Project management, budget management and client billing.
- · Leading and advising clients regarding process improvement initiatives.
- · Broad awareness of changes happening across the banking industry and these will impact our clients.
- · Practice development
- · Proposition and solution development.
Sales and marketing
- · Client proposal development and sales support;
- · Client presentations;
- · Contribution to points of view, white papers and other thought leadership.
Specific industry knowledge should cover
- · Front – to – back trade life cycle
- · Clearing – Direct experience of dealing with clearing houses e.g. OCC, LCH, CME.
- · Knowledge of clearing and capital related service offerings such as cross product margining and collateral transformation
- · Operations – including Collateral, Client Money, Static Data, Reporting etc
- · Product knowledge of OTC Interest Rate derivatives, Credit derivatives and Equities derivatives
- · CCP connectivity flows and the EB and CB take up and affirmation process
- · Different clearing models e.g. FCM, SCM
- · Regulatory change – in relation to UK, US, Europe and Asia
- · Marketwire, TradWeb, ICE Link etc.
Experience
- · Prior experience working for a management consultancy
- · Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- · Strong record of Project management, business analysis and delivery excellence
