This role requires an accomplished Finance Analyst with solid experience of cost management and forecasting to contribute to financial planning updates. The role advocates sound cost principles, processes, and procedures and ensures cost control processes are followed using the Programme cost Management strategy, being responsible for cost control including budgeting, commitment monitoring, and expenditure reporting, cost estimates to completion, invoice tracking, and project cost reporting activities.
Working closely with the Programme Manager to shape the Benefits roadmap and to determine the scale and timing of all costs and benefits
