Randstad Sourceright are a market leading recruitment outsourcing company based onsite at a number of prestigious companies across the UK. We are looking to grow a resourcing function based in our Head Office on Oxford Street to support a major Investment Bank.
The Role
Randstad are onsite at a major Investment Bank based in the city of London where our remit is provide an end to end recruitment process for all their Hiring Managers across Investment Banking and Private Banking. The roles will be from Intern level up to Managing Director level and contract as well as permanent positions.
You will be supporting the onsite team by directly sourcing candidates through a number of different recruitment tools. The roles will be across Front, Middle and Back Office and from Intern up to VP level. You will:
– take a brief from the onsite team
– proactively build a candidate pipeline for all vacancies through direct sourcing
– prepare and brief candidates to the high standards that our client expects
– deliver key KPI’s that will enable the account to hit its targets
– provide market intelligence to the onsite team that the client can view
– attend regular team meetings onsite and also client briefings
Previous Experience
– at least 12 months recruitment experience whether it be onsite, inhouse or within an agency environment
– knowledge on how to deliver directly sourced candidates
– the ability to hit the ground running and go through a steep learning curve
– a key desire to hit monthly recruitment targets
– excellent team player
