Take part in the Healthy Wise and Well survey & help raise awareness of menopause in the workplace.

In 2019 Forbes reported that annual menopause and associated healthcare costs equal $810 billion on a global basis. However, the cost is not just financial but affects women’s lives, relationships at home and their ability to manage symptoms in the workplace.

Three years ago, Healthy Wise and Well surveyed over 1,100 women about Managing their Menopause, especially in the workplace.

The results were eye-opening.

84 per cent of women reported feeling less productive for eight days or more; many were unable to talk to their colleagues about it, and little was being done to help them. Awareness of menopause has changed dramatically over this period, more women feel about to talk about it in the workplace, and conditions have improved.

However, Healthy Wise and Well now want to repeat this survey to gather recent data both in the UK and the USA. The survey will help investigate what is needed so they can continue this mission to help as many women as possible.

The survey takes around five minutes to complete. All answers are treated in the strictest confidence, and all data entered is protected under GDPR.
