A snap shot of the role:

  • To assist with and to provide administrative and processing support for the Overseas offices on behalf of the Central Services Unit (CSU) within Claims.
  • To ensure compliance with all Legal and Regulatory requirements including Treating Customers Fairly and Contract Certainty.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Monitor claims processing mailbox with agreed SLA
  • Maintain Electronic claims files
  • Request processing instruction from Talbot Claims on complex risks
  • Update manual claims tracker
  • Complete regular checks on claims data and entry to Broksure system
  • Complete checks on claims correspondence received and if necessary liaise with the broker for unclear/missing information
  • Transmit electronic messages through to CLASS and ECF for review
