Dr Cole has a specific professional interest in women’s health and the Menopause, and will be discussing what to expect from the menopause and perimenopause, a summary of HRT treatments, and vulval health.
Lucy Robinson, our specialist speaker for the evening, is a Women’s Exercise Coach and will be providing attendees with an insight into how exercise can help counter some of the side effects that the menopause can bring.
There will be plenty of time for Q&As before the event closes at 9-30pm, providing a great opportunity to find the answers to the questions that you really want to ask.
There are 60 places available and we are expecting high numbers, so sign up to the first session here.
The second session, focussing on the Pelvic Floor and the various side effects that can emerge during menopause, will be held on Thursday 17 Nov, so please book separately.
